Worked as economist at Brazilian Central Bank.
From 2006 to 2011 worked at ANAC (Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency) as market monitoring and was the Brazilian member at ICAO statistics panel.
Head of asset and grant at national secretary of civil aviation (2011/2017) and of department of regulation politics (2017/2019), leading the airport concession programme. From 2012 to 2016 was administration vice-president of Brasilia Airport consulate and member of Brazilian Senate Experts Group of the Brazilian Aeronautic Code (BAC) review.
